Executive, Retail Management

Position summary
As Retail Management Executive, you will be placed under Corporate Communications  Department and responsible for the outsourcing of tenants to occupy retail lots which also include managing and monitoring tenants for PPSB property located in Penang island. Amongst others, you will responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Monitoring billing to all tenants
  • Negotiate commercial agreements
  • Liaise with relevant authorities and potential client
  • Coordinating events and promotional activities as and when required

Requirements:

  • Diploma in related field i.e. Property, Retail, Marketing with at least 1 year experience in managing/rental of retail lots
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Knowledge in property sales and leasing law
  • Able to converse in English, Malay and Mandarin (ability to speak in Hokkien is an added advantage)
  • Able to work under pressure


Audit Executive, Legal

Position summary
As Audit Executive, Legal, you will be placed under Internal Audit Department and responsible to

  • Executes legal audit assignments as planned with appropriate application of risks based auditing approach
  • Assist in providing assurance on the effectiveness & efficiency of the organization internal control system or risk mitigation and areas for improvement relating to compliance to statutory requirements, Laws & Regulations, Contracts & Agreements and Company’s Policies & Procedures
  • Provide proactive legal audit assistance and counsel on various legal issues such as commercial contracts, governance & compliance
  • Review Contracts, Agreement and internal policies as to ensure full compliance to statutory or legal requirement
  • Provide legal risk management advice to management especially on Contract Management
  • Prepare compliance audit data by compiling and analyzing internal and external information and forms audit opinion and recommendation via audit report
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local requirement by studying existing and new legislation, adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Law or Legal Studies (Hons) or equivalent (preferably Corporate Law)
  • Minimum 2 years of post qualifying working experience in legal firm or corporate sector with exposure in corporate legal work and litigation matters
  • Posses good interpersonal and communication skill, and
  • Good command of spoken and written in Malays and English, and
  • Posses own transport
  • Able to work under pressure
