Tender Documents
The Tender Documents are available from the Procurement Department, Level 5, 5130 Terminal Penang Sentral, Jalan Bagan Dalam, 12100 Butterworth upon payment by cash / bank draft in favour of Penang Port Sdn. Bhd. (payments made are non-refundable ) during office hours from 8.15 am to 4.30 pm on Monday to Friday. Kindly produce the Original & Copy of Registration Certificate when purchasing the Tender Documents.
Site Visit / Inspection
Site visit is important for the purpose of understanding the Scope of Work. The tenderers attendance is compulsory.
The Tender Documents shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Head of Procurement and to be dropped into specified tender box at the Procurement Department, Level 5, 5130 Terminal Penang Sentral, Jalan Bagan Dalam, 12100 Butterworth, not later than 12.00 noon.
Penang Port does not bind itself and reserve the right to accept any tender or any part of the tender or any lowest tender.
