PENANG, 9th AUGUST 2023 – Penang Port Sdn Bhd (PPSB) are thrilled to announce that our new ferry services have garnered an overwhelming response from our valued passengers since the first day of its operation. The enthusiasm and patronage we have received is truly heartening, and we extend our sincere gratitude to all who have chosen to embark on this new journey with us.

In our commitment to provide an exceptional travel experience, we are pleased to inform you that, for one (1) month effective from 8 August 2023, we will be operating the new ferries at an even more frequent schedule to accommodate the high demand. While we are excited about this opportunity to offer more options for convenient travel, we would like to advise our passengers that due to this increased frequency, the ferry schedules may vary from time to time.

We understand the importance of reliability in your travel plans, and we assure you that our dedicated team is working tirelessly to minimise any potential disruptions. Your convenience remains our top priority, and we are continuously monitoring and optimising our operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable ferry journey for each passenger.
