Vendor Policy
Penang Port Sdn. Bhd. welcomes and invite all qualified, capable, and reputable vendors, contractors, and service providers to register with us as part of our registered vendor.
Vendor registration with Penang Port Sdn. Bhd. is intended to ensure that all procurement activities are conducted in a transparent, fair, and competitive manner, while upholding the highest standards of integrity, quality, safety, and compliance. Registered vendors will be eligible to participate in tenders, quotations, and other procurement opportunities issued by the Company, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
All vendors are required to complete the registration process in via RAMCO Supplier Portal accordance with the prescribed guidelines and to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Penang Port Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to assess, verify, approve, suspend, or reject any vendor registration in line with its Vendor Policy and prevailing regulatory requirements.
By registering, vendors acknowledge and agree to comply with Penang Port Sdn. Bhd.’s policies, procedures, codes of conduct, and all applicable laws and regulations. Penang Port Sdn. Bhd. looks forward to building mutually beneficial, professional, and sustainable partnerships with its vendors in support of the Company’s operational excellence and long-term growth.

Vendor Code of Conduct
All registered vendors are required to comply with this Vendor Code of Conduct, which sets out the Company’s expectations on integrity, transparency, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, occupational safety and health, environmental responsibility, and fair business practices. Adherence to this Code of Conduct is a fundamental condition of doing business with Penang Port Sdn. Bhd.
Vendors are required to act ethically, avoid conflicts of interest, and conduct all business dealings in a fair, honest, and transparent manner. Compliance with this Vendor Code of Conduct and all applicable laws and regulations is a fundamental condition for registration and engagement with Penang Port Sdn. Bhd.
As part of the vendor registration process in the RAMCO Supplier Portal, all vendors are required to review, acknowledge, and formally agree to Penang Port Sdn. Bhd.’s Vendor Code of Conduct.
Vendors must sign the Vendor Code of Conduct as a mandatory condition of registration. A copy of the Vendor Code of Conduct can be downloaded here for reference.
