Penang Port Sdn Bhd (PPSB), a member of MMC Group, has been recognised for excellence in maritime logistics. On 29 May 2024, PPSB received the prestigious BrandLaureate Fast Moving Growing Sustainable Business & Brands Award 2024 for "Excellence in Global Expansion for Maritime Logistics" at a ceremony in Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

ANUGERAH MAJIKAN TERBAIK KWSP 2023
Penang Port Sdn Bhd (PPSB) has secured third place in the Second Category, which pertains to Employers with 1000 to 4999 Employees, among 14 employers nominated for the 2023 EPF Best Employer Award. The selection was based on an evaluation of four criteria: Regular Employer Contributions from Contribution Month 01/2020 to the present, Clean Non-Conformance, Absence of Employee Complaints, and Registered Employees contributing Voluntary Excess and Voluntary Contributions.
PENANG PORT OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED FOR ISO 45001:2018
Penang Port Sdn. Bhd is proud to announce that the safety management system of the company has been certified according to the standard ISO 45001:2018 by SIRIM QAS International Sdn. Bhd.
ISO 45001: 2018 is a globally recognized occupational health and safety standard developed and published by the International Organization of Standardization (ISO). ISO develops this standard to help organisations to improve employee safety, reduce workplace risks and create safer working conditions.

PENANG GREEN OFFICE
On 8th November 2021, Penang Port Sdn Bhd was officially awarded the Penang Green Office certificate.
Penang Port participated in this initiative to support Penang Green Council's vision of Penang as a Green State by adopting the Green Office Concept through education and implementing green initiatives within the office.
Penang Port expresses its gratitude to the Penang Green Council for this accomplishment, and pledges to continue to play an important role in promoting environmental health by embracing sustainable and green principles.
