LEAN SIX SIGMA YELLOW BELT AWARD CERTIFICATES

On 13th December 2024, a group of dedicated lecturers and students from the School of Mechanical Engineering, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) visited Penang Port Sdn Bhd (PPSB).

The objective of the visit was to award Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certificates to 15 successful PPSB employees and foster a connection between academia and industry. The enthusiastic group of lecturers and engineering students received a briefing on the operations and engineering challenges at PPSB.

This initiative underscores PPSB and USM's unwavering commitment to nurturing future talent and narrowing the gap between theoretical knowledge and its practical application.
