LUNCHEON GATHERING WITH PENANG PORT POLICE

More than 100 staff from Port Police Unit attended a lunch gathering at level 1 Swettenhem Pier Cruise Terminal today.

Management representatives present at the event included Chief Operating Officer Mr.Steven Yoogalingam, Senior General Manager for Support Services Encik Md.Derick Basir, Senior General Manager for Corporate Services Encik Suffian Baharuddin, Head of Security Tuan Yahaya Malek, General Manager of Human Resources Encik Haszli Ramli, and Special Officer to the Chairman's office Encik Ares Salim.

During the event, 5 Port Police personnel were presented with certificate of excellence for their achievements in 2014. Amongst them was Inspector Anuar Bin Ariffin who recently received a special recognition from the Inspector General of Police for his outstanding performance and success rate in solving cases.

The other 4 recipients were Constable Mohd Farid bin Yahaya, Lance Corporal Fahrul Anwar bin Halim, Lance Corporal Mohd Marzidi bin Osman and Lance Corporal Sivakumar s/o Verasamy for their efforts and diligence in carrying out their duties.
