MAIDEN CALL BY MV NORTHERN LIGHT TO BUTTERWORTH WHARVES

On a sunny Tuesday morning, July 28th 2015, MV Northern Light owned by Lighthouse Navigation made its maiden voyage into Butterworth Wharves managed by Penang Port Sdn Bhd (PPSB) for loading approximately 14,000 m3 of Medium Density Fibreboard destined for the Port of Damietta, Egypt.
The vessel is chartered to Orient Asia Lines (OAL) and the local agent is Syarikat Perkapalan Soo Hup Seng Sdn Bhd and she took this opportunity to have a party on board. Guests from PPSB, customers, owners, agents were invited to board the vessel for a familiarisation look around over a sumptous lunch.
