On 21 July 2021, Penang Port launched the Empowering Community: Reviving the Flavours of Bagan.
The programme aims to identify and give small businesses in Bagan Dalam who are deeply affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
As the catalyst of Northern economic growth, Penang Port aims to lend a helping hand and give them an exposure for them to thrive in these hard times.
