Building on Trust, Fostering Unity, Powering Collaboration: Penang Port & Thai Partners Dine for a Stronger Future

On 9 May 2025, Penang Port Sdn Bhd (PPSB) had the honour of participating in the prestigious “Celebration in Unity” Dinner 2025, hosted by the Thai Rubber Association (TRA) and Thai Latex Association (TLA) at the Grand Ballroom of Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok.

The event gathered key players from Thailand’s rubber and latex industries, government officials, and global stakeholders, serving as a powerful platform for connection, exchange, and cross-border collaboration.

Representing PPSB, Dato’ Sasedharan Vasudevan, Chief Executive Officer, and En. Ares Salim, Assistant Head of Commercial Division, and other PPSB delegates proudly joined the celebration, strengthening ties and future partnerships.

During the event, PPSB showcased its strategic role as a gateway port hub in northern Malaysia, highlighting its potential to support global trade, particularly for the rubber and latex industry across ASEAN.

We are genuinely proud to be part of this meaningful celebration and look forward to exploring future collaborations that enhance regional connectivity and elevate northern Malaysia's transport and trade ecosystem.
