PPSB Kicks Off National Training Week 2025 with Focus on Growth and Well-being!

On June 17th, the HR Department of Penang Port Sdn Bhd (PPSB), in collaboration with the Human Resources Development Corporation (HRDCorp) Pulau Pinang, successfully hosted the soft launch of PPSB’s participation in National Training Week (NTW) for the first time.

The event followed an engaging in-house program attended by over 80 staff members as part of NTW 2025. It was officiated by Encik Mohamad Nizam bin Ismail (Head of Technical Services, Ferry & Cruise Operations) and Puan Musziana binti Md Mustaffa (Head of Human Resources, PPSB), together with representatives from Puan Putri Simaa Megat Ismail from Head HRDCorp, Pulau Pinang branch.

The program emphasized knowledge-sharing and employee well-being, featuring a Mental Health Talk by Cr. Ir. Kazren Justi bin Abdul Karim and a Massage Therapy Session by Coach Mohd Khairul Anuar bin Abd Rahman and his team.

This initiative reflects PPSB’s strong commitment to lifelong learning, employee development, and cultivating a positive workplace culture, aligned with both national goals and global aspirations.
