Mutiara FM X Penang Port Collaboration for RTM's 80th Anniversary

On 3 April 2026, Mutiara FM, under Radio Televisyen Malaysia (RTM), collaborated with Penang Port Sdn Bhd (PPSB) to host a special live broadcast in conjunction with RTM’s 80th anniversary celebration. 

The highlight of the programme was an 80-minute live non-stop broadcast conducted aboard a moving ferry, symbolising RTM’s remarkable eight decades of broadcasting excellence. The unique on-board setting offered listeners an immersive, memorable experience while showcasing Penang's iconic ferry services and its enduring role in connecting the state’s communities.
